On May 5, 2011, the second annual "Stand Up - Young Men's Conference" conference will be held at George Brown College at 290 Adelaide Street East, Toronto, Ontario from 9 a.m. To 3 p.m. Gary Crossdale is the principal of Lord Dufferin public school in Toronto, Ontario. Gary along with Ainsworth Morgan is one of the organizers of the conference. Gary talks and shares about some the challenges that Black boys encounter with the public school system, the history of "Stand Up! Young Men's Conference", memories of last year's conference, what to look for at this year's conference and the importance of legacy for Black men.
