The Morning Vibe™ is a twice a week live conversation (Mondays and Fridays at 9 a.m. EST) with Dr. Vibe™ and Ryan Oneil Knight, Executive Director of the Afro Caribbean Business Network (ACBN).

Whether they discuss important subjects between themselves or have conversations with people who you need to know about, their goal is to create a positive Morning Vibe!!

Recently, Dr. George Fraser was on The Morning Vibe™ .

Dr. George Fraser was born in 1945 in Brooklyn, New York to a troubled family of 11 children. After serious mental health issues with his Mom, at 2 years old he and 6 of his siblings were orphaned, then put into toxic foster homes for a total of 16 years. He was not considered to be college material, so he was sent to a vocational high school and got a diploma in carpentry…the rest is history.

Dr. Fraser has ALWAYS believed: “It’s not how you start, it’s how you finish, that God has great plans for each of us, we must simply listen for his voice, follow directions, overcome the obstacles, and stay course.

Dr. Fraser’s favorite line from Super Rapper DRAKE; “Started from the bottom now we’re here!”

Dr. Fraser has insisted for 40 years there be no “Sizzle Reel” of his life’s work and purpose until there was something to “quantify” and “sizzle” about…

Aisha K. Staggers had her first major publication, an album review, in The New Haven Register while just a sophomore in high school. Another series of reviews published in The Hartford Courant followed. By the time she reached college, Aisha was writing for the literary magazine and interning at a local radio station, ABC-affiliate as a writer in the news department and in the A&R department of an independent record company.

As a graduate student at Fisk University, Aisha asked Dr. Raymond Winbush to chair her thesis because 1) he was one of the most renowned voices in black culture and academia, and 2) he was a Prince fan. His scholarship and guidance led Aisha to an early career as a professor of social sciences and later an administrator in higher education.

Aisha has also served as a director of education and policy research centers and on the staff of legislative commissions. She previously served on the Executive Board of the CT Young Democrats’ Women’s Caucus, an avid campaigner and has remained active in politics and public policy.

Ms. Jones is an activist, feminist, and a former collaborator with Paisley Park.

Most recently the pair traveled to Rio de Janerio, Brazil and Porto, Portugal to perform vocal parts in the studio for their latest album release.

On the January 28, 2023 episode of State Of Things With Aisha, Jill & LaLa, Aisha and Jill talked about:
