Trudy Stone is a certified culinary nutritionist, speaker, and the founder of Eat Live and Play. She is also the author of the book Unbreakable: 7 Rock Solid Habits to Your Perfect Weight and a Healthier Lifestyle: No Willpower Required!
Five years ago, Trudy self-hacked her own mind and body to lose 30lbs and now helps other women do the same. She’s passionate about empowering women to build healthier habits and unlock the power of food to build a strong and vibrant brain and body without guilt or restriction.
She has appeared in The Huffington Post, The National Post, Daytime Toronto TV, and in Star of the Show alongside TV chef, author and judge of Chopped Canada, Chef Michael Smith.
