As a seasoned facilitator, he delivers engaging Personal Development seminars on finding your true purpose, success, and being the driver of your life.

Danny is a former College Instructor, Certified Life Coach and holds a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Management. With a background as a seasoned Learning and Development Manager, he has worked at major organizations to implement employee management strategies and programs.

Currently, he is working as an Advisor and Community Leader with Zero Gun Violence Movement, a community organization dedicated to ending gun violence in the Greater Toronto Area. His passion is mentoring youth and adults who are seeking more happiness, success and fulfillment.

Danny’s mission is to teach people how to create more freedom and abundance in their lives.

With over 20 years of workforce development experience in the federal government, Deborah Fuqua is an advocate for human resource development for private and public sector organizations. Considered an expert in the field of organizational leadership, she is a frequent speaker at organizations and conferences nationwide, covering topics related to educational leadership, women as leaders, leadership development, employee development, emotional intelligence, diversity and inclusion, effective communication, and other leadership related topics. Dr. Fuqua teaches, encourages, and motivates others to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Dr. Fuqua holds an undergraduate degree in Management Studies, a graduate degree in Human Resources Development, and her Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership.

Dr. Fuqua is the author of Secure Your Cape a Women’s Motivational Leadership book. She also co-authored a textbook for colleges and universities across the United States, Cultivating a Culture of Nonviolence in Early Childhood Development Centers and Schools.

Dr. Fuqua is a certified Time to Teach trainer; Classroom Management. She is also certified in Diversity and Inclusion and Workers’ Compensation. She is a board member of the National Call Dad Program and she is also a member of the Black Doctoral Network AssociationEastern Education Research AssociationDiversity and Inclusion Center with University of Phoenix and a member of the National Congress of Black Women, Inc.

Aisha K. Staggers had her first major publication, an album review, in The New Haven Register while just a sophomore in high school. Another series of reviews published in The Hartford Courant followed. By the time she reached college, Aisha was writing for the literary magazine and interning at a local radio station, ABC-affiliate as a writer in the news department and in the A&R department of an independent record company.

As a graduate student at Fisk University, Aisha asked Dr. Raymond Winbush to chair her thesis because 1) he was one of the most renowned voices in black culture and academia, and 2) he was a Prince fan. His scholarship and guidance led Aisha to an early career as a professor of social sciences and later an administrator in higher education.

Aisha has also served as a director of education and policy research centers and on the staff of legislative commissions. She previously served on the Executive Board of the CT Young Democrats’ Women’s Caucus, an avid campaigner and has remained active in politics and public policy.

During the January 12, 2019 edition of Staggers State Of Things, Ms. Staggers talked about:

LeRon L. Barton is a writer from Kansas City, MO currently living in San Francisco, Ca. A graduate of Paseo Academy of Fine Arts, LeRon is the author of two books, “Straight Dope: A 360 degree look into American Drug Culture” and “All We Really Need Is Love: Stories of Dating, Relationships, Heartbreak, and Marriage.” In addition to the books, LeRon is an essayist; whose topics cover racism, mass incarceration, politics, gender, and dating. These works have appeared in Salon, The Good Men Project, Elephant Journal, East Bay Times, and MoAD.
